About The Position

The Mobile Clinic Driver is responsible for the safe operation, transportation, and basic maintenance of the mobile clinic vehicle. This position ensures the mobile clinic arrives at designated service locations on schedule and supports daily operational needs, including equipment setup, logistical coordination, and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle environment. Regular travel required across designated service areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating large vehicles, vans, or specialty vehicles.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and identify potential safety issues.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in outdoor, mobile, and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with documentation, logs, and organizational tools.
• California Driver’s License required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have two (2) years of continuous driving experience in the state of California.
• No major convictions (i.e. DUI/DWI, hit and run, driving w/suspended license, reckless driving, eluding police, open containers, exhibition of speed (racing), negligent driving).
• No more than one (1) moving citation in a three (3) year period.
• No more than one (1) at-fault accident in a three (3) year period.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Experience working in community health, outreach programs, or mobile service operations preferred.
