About The Position
The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by engaging customers and helping meet their technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. The role builds proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, and uses digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success involves building customer relationships, completing required training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience through effective communication and service delivery. The position may also perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred. No travel is required.
Requirements
