About The Position

The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. The role builds product knowledge, demonstrates technology solutions, and assists customers throughout their shopping journey. It develops skills in customer interaction, digital tool use, and service plan recommendations. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and effective use of digital resources. The work enhances the customer experience and supports organizational goals by fostering customer relationships and loyalty.

During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. Other duties and projects may be assigned by business management as needed. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Required skills: change agility, communication, customer problem solving, customer service, engaging people, multitasking, sales, and teamwork orientation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management.
