About The Position

The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by engaging customers and helping them with their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. The role involves building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Associates develop customer interaction and digital-tool skills and recommend service plans. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and effective use of digital resources. The role supports customer experience and organizational goals by fostering customer relationships and loyalty.

During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000, with actual incentives varying by performance and full-time status. T-Mobile guarantees employees earnings of $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Employees are also eligible for an annual stock grant.
