Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Customer satisfaction: Focused customer advocate who loves having fun with our customers.
  • Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required).
  • Team building: Desire to be a part of the groundbreaking T-Mobile store team.
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing knowledge, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues (Required).
  • Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required).
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
  • Uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
  • Completes training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  • Continuously learns and improves skills to provide the best possible experience for customers.
  • Performs skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
  • Provides excellent customer experiences, being friendly, and engaging with customers.
  • Connects on a personal level, matches the pace of the customer, establishes rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction.
  • Provides exceptional service, and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Proactively attracts potential customers to further drive sales activity in the location.
  • Follows up with customers, collects referrals, handles Be Back processes, and forms relationships with new and existing customers.
