About The Position
Join Our Growing Ophthalmology Team! FVCL is a leading ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease and surgery using advanced technology. Our nationally recognized team of ophthalmologists provides a wide range of services, including MSP-covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgery and LASIK. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic clinic and surgical centre.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work 3-4 Days in Chilliwack and 1-2 days in Abbotsford
- Must be willing to work between Chilliwack and Abbotsford, with training provided in both locations first 30 days in Abbotsford fulltime.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly on the job are essential.

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and supportive manner
- Billing, invoicing, and processing payments
- Booking and coordinating patient appointments
- Supporting physicians and providing patient care assistance
- Tracking lab results and coordinating follow-ups
- Providing patients with instructions for diagnostic testing
- Using the Accuro EMR system
- Working collaboratively with physicians and team members
- Supporting clinic systems, workflows, and process improvements
- Assisting physicians with daily clinical needs
