About The Position

At Tetra Pak, we are committed to making food safe and available everywhere, protecting food, people, and the planet. We are seeking multiple MO Business Controllers to join our team. This role is responsible for establishing and leading profitability initiatives, conducting continuous product/project profitability analysis, and identifying priorities for project implementation. The position involves analyzing the project reporting process, performing compliance activities, and collaborating with Order Owners and Project Managers to ensure alignment with project reporting and accounting standards. The MO Business Controller will also provide support for ongoing project reporting, lead cross-team communication, perform profitability analysis, and align business control operations. Additionally, the role involves creating and delivering monthly reports, and assisting with internal and external audit requests to ensure compliance across multiple business streams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in business controlling, financial planning, or related
  • Work experience in Risk Management
  • Work experience in Business development and market opportunity sizing mapping for carton packaging materials, package closures, and straws
  • Work experience in Designing Business Simulation Models and Sensitive Analysis
  • Work experience in Application of corporate governance policies and procedures for customer transactions and invoicing structures
  • Work experience in P&L and balance sheet forecasting and problem solving
  • Work experience in Business process re-engineering
  • Work experience in SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Business Dashboard
  • Work experience in IFRS and Internal Controls

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead profitability initiatives and continuous product/project profitability analysis and identify priorities for implementation of various projects.
  • Analyze all aspects of the project reporting process, perform compliance activities, and work closely with Order Owners and Project Managers within Tetra Pak to ensure alignment of project reporting and accounting standards.
  • Provide support for all ongoing project reporting projects, including leading cross-team communication, performing profitability analysis, and aligning business control operations for all ongoing projects.
  • Create and deliver monthly reports with relevant data to the corresponding Tetra Pak teams.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests and ensure future audit compliance across multiple business streams.

Benefits

  • The offered wage for this position is $156,458.00 to $167,000.00 per year.
