About The Position

Support the maintenance and administration of the MANN+HUMMEL Management System (MMS) and Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves document control, process mapping, audit support, and administrative tasks related to quality system training and compliance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent work experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in manufacturing, quality, document control, or production functions in a relevant industry.
  • Basic understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking skills with follow through, accountability and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Take initiative to identify issues and support solutions.
  • Maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of documentation and records.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality standards a plus.
  • Exposure to internal audits, corrective actions, or compliance activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and administration of the MANN+HUMMEL Management System (MMS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assist with document control activities, including document creation, revision tracking, approvals, distribution, and archiving.
  • Create and maintain process maps, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records within the quality management system.
  • Ensure controlled documents remain accurate, current, and compliant with company requirements.
  • Support internal, customer, corporate, and external certification audits.
  • Assist with audit scheduling, preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Track audit findings, corrective actions, and due dates to help ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain records related to certifications, audits, and quality system compliance.
  • Provide administrative support for quality system training activities.
  • Follow up with process owners and stakeholders regarding open action items and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing information for management reviews and quality system reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects.
  • Escalate overdue actions or documentation concerns to the appropriate leadership team when necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
