About The Position

The MM Driver for Riviera Dining Group provides safe, professional, and first-class transportation for members and guests traveling to and from RDG venues. The role emphasizes punctuality, strong driving skills, and a warm, courteous manner to make each journey comfortable and memorable. The driver also supports guest service through luggage handling, directions, venue escorts, and occasional deliveries between restaurants. The position is paid at $25 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in the luxury or upscale hospitality industry.
Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
At least one year of driving experience.
Acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

Approach interactions with guests and members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with RDG standards and member or guest scheduling needs.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform.
Greet guests and members pleasantly.
Maintain the music channel and volume as directed by the marketing team.
Load and unload luggage as necessary.
Escort guests to the restaurant entrance.
Open and close doors for arriving and departing guests and members.
Keep an up-to-date listing of local and area attractions, special events, and activities.
Provide information, maps, and directions as needed.
Keep the vehicle clean, including the front, back, trunk, and exterior.
Deliver packages or items between restaurants as needed.
Keep the vehicle smelling clean by not allowing food, drinks, smoking, or alcoholic beverages in it.
Perform other duties as required.
