About The Position

MetroTex invites you to consider joining our company. We support one another as we provide superior service, training and support to our members in order to elevate their success in their daily real estate businesses. MLS Support Specialist I provides foundational support to MetroTex Multiple Listing Service subscribers and members by assisting with routine inquiries, and administrative tasks. This entry-level role works under direct supervision and focuses on learning Multiple Listing Service systems and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of technical support or customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn MLS software quickly.
  • Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to member requests for MLS technical support by phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provides assistance with system logins, password resets, and basic product functionality.
  • Assists subscribers with basic listing corrections and changes.
  • Able to provide basic support on listing violations.
  • Documents and escalates unresolved issues to higher-level staff or MLS vendors.
  • Maintains digital record-keeping systems.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
