Requirements

  • A minimum of six (6) months experience working rotational shift work, working in inclement weather, and/or manual labor experience preferred.
  • Able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Works well with others.
  • Basic problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to communicate, read & write in English.
  • Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States, as required by law.
  • Able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on routine basis.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
  • Able to deal with wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat/cold.
  • Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles and moderate to loud noise, requiring consistent use of appropriate PPE.

Nice To Haves

  • Class A CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operator in rig up and rig down procedures and actively help in mixing chemicals.
  • Rig up and maintain equipment through operations.
  • Keep daily chemical inventory and usage.
  • Strap frac tanks as needed among other task laid out by Mixing Plant Operator.
  • Follows and supports all AWS HSE policies at all times.
  • Knows and uses appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Drives company vehicles over various types of road conditions and terrain, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel surfaces, and off road situations including two track roads.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Mixing Plant Operator.
