Operate forklift

Responsibilities

Cut in bags into mixer
Operate a mixer
Pre-weigh ingredients for each batch as instructed by the mixer controller
Dump trash at the end of the shift
Make sure your mixing department is clean prior to the next shift coming onboard
Help prepare various dry mix products for packaging and sale
Read/interpret mixing schedule
Operate forklift to transport and stack ingredients
Weigh-up ingredients per batch sheet and mix schedule
Place ingredients in mixer and prepare mix/clean mixers
Provide QA with product samples
Maintain clean work environment
Document mixing activity
Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
