About The Position
Dunwoody Village, a leading continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is seeking dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Part Time weekday and weekend schedules on the 7am-3:30pm shift. Part Time Nurses should be able to participate in the holiday rotation and may be required to work on various units. LPNs will provide professional supportive care to residents in the Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, or Rehab areas. They will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the physical, mental, and psycho-social needs of residents to determine if further professional intervention is appropriate.
Requirements
- PA licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience
- Excellent assessment skills
- Point Click Care experience
Responsibilities
- Provide professional supportive care to residents in Skilled, Personal Care, Memory Support, or Rehab areas.
- Evaluate and assess the physical, mental, and psycho-social needs of residents.
- Determine if further professional intervention is appropriate for residents.
- Participate in holiday rotation.
- Work on various units as required.
