About The Position

We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Mixer Technician/Maintenance/Receiver to join our dynamic team at our Dunlap, IA Facility. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of our feed production process.

Requirements

• High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
• Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate batching schedules and production to ensure that batching schedules are met and that production aligns with planned timelines.
• Manufacture products by following formulations provided by the Corporate Office to produce all products accurately.
• Assist in maintaining equipment, including keeping installation, repair records, and preventative maintenance schedules up-to-date.
• Receive and unload ingredients from barges, railcars, and/or trucks at the manufacturing facility.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and well-organized.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety rules, and policies and procedures.
