This position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality. The Mixer Operator I ensures consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the production schedule by mixing dough efficiently and on time to ensure a smooth flow to the dividers. The operator will also maintain records of dough mixing times and temperatures, ensure cleanliness of the work area, and comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules. Performance of other duties as directed by supervision is also expected, including adherence to attendance policies and operating rules.
