About The Position

This position works out of our Westfield, IN, location in the Structural Heart division (SH). The MitraClip Specialist I will be responsible for assembling the lifesaving MitraClip device in a brand-new Westfield, IN site. This site went into commercial production in 2022 and will employ over 500 team members by 2026, offering significant opportunities for personal and professional growth. No prior experience is necessary, as a hands-on training program will teach necessary skills for working in a clean-room environment. Successful candidates will possess good attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. The ability to work with small tools and materials, often under a microscope, is important for the largely manual assembly process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to read, comprehend and implement lengthy, complex procedures written in English
• The ability to work overtime is required
