About The Position

The MitraClip Specialist I position is in the Structural Heart division, located in Westfield, IN. This role involves assembling the lifesaving MitraClip device in a clean-room environment. No prior medical-device experience is necessary, as a hands-on training program will be provided. Successful candidates should have good attention to detail, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with small tools and materials, often under a microscope, as the assembly process is largely manual. The Westfield site is a new facility that began commercial production in 2022 and is expected to employ over 500 team members by 2026, offering significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to read, comprehend and implement lengthy, complex procedures written in English
• Ability to work overtime is required
• A Positive Attitude
• A Desire to Do Meaningful Work and Change People’s Lives!
• Ability to work with small tools and materials, often under a microscope.
