About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is hiring an entry-level Mitigation Technician in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role supports homeowners recovering from water, fire, or mold damage by assisting with restoration and cleanup work. Technicians work under supervision, provide customer service, and contribute to projects that help customers restore their homes and peace of mind. The position includes on-call availability and may involve nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more frequently.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, pull, push, reach, and stoop for 8–12 or more hours per day.
• Ability to work in potentially extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleanup services under supervision, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with setting up equipment and temporary structures and preparing materials for removal.
• Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job.
• Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed.
• Support warehouse and facility tasks when required.
