Requirements

Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Are willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays) to help our community when they need us most.
Love working with your hands, solving problems, and being on the move rather than sitting at a desk.
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds (and up to 100 pounds with assistance).
Comfort working in tight spaces (like crawl spaces or attics) and climbing ladders/working at heights.
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Comfort working with and around industrial cleaning agents.

Nice To Haves

Previous handyman, construction, or restoration experience (preferred, but not required!).
Hold an IICRC certification (this is a major plus!).

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to water, fire, and mold emergency situations to help stabilize and secure properties.
Perform water extraction, mold remediation, light demolition, and set up specialized drying and air-filtering equipment.
Load, inventory, and maintain our state-of-the-art work vehicles so you are always fully equipped and ready to save the day.
Keep open, empathetic, and clear communication with homeowners and business owners, guiding them through the restoration process.
Collaborate closely with your supervisor to identify safety hazards, manage job site needs, and maintain a safe workspace.
