Requirements

Mitigation experience is required for consideration.
Must have a clear driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check, including a driving background check if applicable.
Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).

Responsibilities

Serve as the first responder to new water loss incidents.
Relay all necessary information to the assigned Project Manager.
Document all paperwork, scope of work, readings, whiteboard updates, and text communications.
Make on-site decisions that impact project outcomes.
Manage all customer communication, including emails, demonstrating confidence in water job requirements, laws, IICRC standards, and company processes.
Provide supervision and direction to Technician Assistants or temporary employees.
Operate equipment for mitigation projects.
Take detailed notes on project progression in Dash and Text.
Communicate project status via text chain, including labor needs, schedule updates, completed work, and expected completion dates.
Update the WIP board with job status and equipment usage.
Document all communication with insurance adjusters and customers.
Take daily readings to track project progression.
Clean and prepare equipment for new jobs.
Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
Ensure all tools and equipment are ready for each project.
Interact with customers to explain project progression.
Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
Assist in training Technicians and Technician Assistants on water loss and microbial growth projects.
Lead and manage single projects.
Participate in the on-call rotation.
