Requirements

  • Mitigation experience is required for consideration.
  • Must have a clear driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, including a driving background check if applicable.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first responder to new water loss incidents.
  • Relay all necessary information to the assigned Project Manager.
  • Document all paperwork, scope of work, readings, whiteboard updates, and text communications.
  • Make on-site decisions that impact project outcomes.
  • Manage all customer communication, including emails, demonstrating confidence in water job requirements, laws, IICRC standards, and company processes.
  • Provide supervision and direction to Technician Assistants or temporary employees.
  • Operate equipment for mitigation projects.
  • Take detailed notes on project progression in Dash and Text.
  • Communicate project status via text chain, including labor needs, schedule updates, completed work, and expected completion dates.
  • Update the WIP board with job status and equipment usage.
  • Document all communication with insurance adjusters and customers.
  • Take daily readings to track project progression.
  • Clean and prepare equipment for new jobs.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are ready for each project.
  • Interact with customers to explain project progression.
  • Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
  • Assist in training Technicians and Technician Assistants on water loss and microbial growth projects.
  • Lead and manage single projects.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.
