About The Position
Rytech Restoration is seeking a motivated technician who can lead mitigation efforts, coordinate project activities, and help ensure successful outcomes for restoration projects. Bring your restoration knowledge to a leadership position.
Requirements
- WRT Certification required
- A clean driver's license
- 2+ years of experience with water and fire restoration
- Willing to work on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to independently run jobs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Lead water mitigation and fire restoration services, including mold remediation jobs and fire clean up
- Evaluate damage and establish restoration plans
- Set up, inspect, and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers (drying equipment)
- Perform demolition and structural drying tasks
- Prepare job documentation and project updates including capturing photos, notes, and moisture readings
- Provide consistent support for team members
- Maintain job quality
