About The Position

As a Mitigation Production Manager, you will lead onsite water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects from a hands-on, crew-facing role. You will supervise and coordinate mitigation crews, perform restoration work alongside your team, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Parker Young's quality standards. You will serve as the onsite point of contact for property owners and internal teams, keeping projects on schedule and clearly documented from setup through final inspection. By training and mentoring crew members and troubleshooting issues as they arise, you will help build a skilled, safety-focused production team and protect Parker Young's reputation for responsive, high-quality restoration work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or trade certifications a plus.
  • Experience in water, fire, or mold damage restoration, or a related hands-on construction/trade field.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including extraction, cleaning, drying, and equipment setup.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with crews, property owners, and internal teams.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to respond to on-call/after-hours emergencies as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with job documentation and production tracking software.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite mitigation projects, including water, fire, and mold damage restoration.
  • Respond promptly to projects during regular business hours and be available for on-call response after hours.
  • Supervise and coordinate mitigation crews to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks.
  • Perform hands-on restoration work alongside the crew, including setup, extraction, cleaning, drying, and monitoring.
  • Assess project progress and adjust work priorities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, equipment used, and job progress.
  • Communicate with property owners and internal teams regarding project status, updates, and any challenges.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to Parker Young safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot onsite issues and provide guidance to crews for effective problem resolution.
  • Train and mentor crew members in restoration techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
  • Manage equipment and materials onsite, ensuring proper care and maintenance.
  • Complete final inspection of job site to ensure customer satisfaction and quality completion.
  • Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
