ICF's Disaster Management (DM) Division seeks a fully developed Disaster Mitigation and Resilience Consultant to support our growing portfolio of nation-wide hazard mitigation planning, federal grant assistance and floodplain management projects. This position is Remote U.S. with up to 25% travel. Non-managerial level. This position will have multi-faceted responsibilities related to project technical delivery and client engagement. A successful candidate will be equipped to lead the day-to-day delivery of assigned tasks, including but not limited to benefit-cost analysis and data analysis for risk and vulnerability assessments, policy research and analysis, grant writing, and writing for technical assessments. ICF seeks a team-oriented self-starter that will work proactively alongside colleagues, clients, and other contractors as directed to deliver quality products and services. This position will interface directly with clients upon arrival.
