As a lead Program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding market teams to integrate technology into delivery and capture new opportunities. The market teams will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Army and Navy account you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with agile program management, including deploying repeatable processes and conducting process-improvement retrospectives to achieve successful outcomes on time
  • 5+ years of experience producing and refining proposal narratives, technical volumes, compliance matrices, and supporting artifacts for bids
  • 5+ years of experience working with commercial or Department of Defense (DoD) products or solutions deployed to address mission requirements
  • Experience contributing to proposal development, including technical volumes, solution narratives, color-team reviews, and oral-presentation preparation
  • Ability to navigate multiple organizational teams to collect opportunity, capture, and requirements information and use it to develop strategies, automated processes, and solution concepts
  • Ability to evaluate competitor approaches, teaming strategies, and price-to-win considerations to ensure solutions are differentiated and competitive
  • Ability to support multiple pursuits and flex priorities as capture demands shift
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
