Mission Support Manager

Anduril IndustriesCosta Mesa, CA

About The Position

As the Mission Support Manager, you will lead EW’s Mission Support Team — a cross-functional group of technical operations specialists, software engineers, radio frequency (RF) integration engineers, and product technicians — responsible for the operational readiness and sustainment of Anduril's fielded Pulsar FoS. You will own end-to-end support lifecycle: from hardware deployment, to training, issue identification and triage of sensitive system incidents, through diagnosis and root cause analysis, to remedy and fleet-wide reliability improvement. You will help build and manage the processes that keep EW systems operational across a wide range of customers and environments. This includes call support and hotline operations, overseeing ticketing workflows from intake through resolution, driving postmortem actions, and ensuring proactive communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for improving field failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution processes across the EW fleet, and for collecting and disseminating system failure data to identify trends and drive proactive sustainment. This role requires close coordination among the Production, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams. You will serve as the bridge between end users and the collective Anduril Enterprise who builds and improves next-generation systems, translating operational feedback into actionable product improvements. You will also support hazard zone deployment operations and ensure your team is staffed, trained, and equipped to deliver world-class support to those serving in the most-demanding environments.
