About The Position

The Mission Manager role involves leveraging analytical skills and an operational mindset to support national defense by developing actionable intelligence for clients. This position requires understanding the operational battlespace and national-level threats, and gaining expertise in various collection platforms and tools, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open source. Responsibilities include validating information, applying client tradecraft, building assessments on strategic targets within an assigned area of responsibility (AOR), and becoming the authoritative expert on target sets, AORs, and operational tools. The Mission Manager will provide time-critical recommendations, drive complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high-priority targets, and have direct leadership opportunities within a 24/7/365 operations environment. The role emphasizes team collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning to deliver critical support for national interests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 3+ years of experience in the operational community
  • Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments, including federal or state law enforcement, USG or USMIL operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation
  • Knowledge of lifecycle and sponsor operations, including how to support them and apply appropriate stages for executing a client's mission
  • Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced and high-impact 24/7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness
  • Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Master’s degree a plus
