About The Position

This role is for a strategy specialist who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and guide them on how to achieve them. The specialist will engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. This involves asking the right questions to draw out client objectives and vision, providing a holistic view of the organization including unrealized potential and systemic challenges, and outlining multiple paths for modernization. The strategy expert will identify and anticipate client needs, prepare and conduct business analyses, study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives. They will also prepare forecasts, analyze trends, and report on regulations and business conditions, as well as analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations for management, organizational structure, procedures, and business systems.

Requirements

  • Experience working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience drafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational planning
