About The Position

This position provides work alongside leadership and support to a team whose responsibilities include advocacy, and support to individuals with disadvantaging conditions so they may achieve their highest level of employment. Direct client support and supervision of a team who provides case management and program participation compliance central to this work. This position is currently based in Kennewick, WA but is expected to move to Pasco, WA starting in fall of 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of programs to offer high quality assistance to clients seeking work.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessment of gaps in services using data to inform, plan and develop implementation strategies to expand services.
  • Professionally represent Goodwill at meeting with funders, business partners and auditors.
  • Serve as the contract expert who leads, governs and audits services provided and documentation for compliance.
  • Actively engage in the development of a commendable workgroup utilizing agency human resource development protocols.
  • Direct the work of your team in a kind, clear and predictable manner.
  • Monitor and complete timekeeping tasks in an accurate and timely manner following agency protocols to include but not limited to timecard annotation, leave request completion, schedule posting etc.
