Mission Intelligence Analyst
About The Position
Knightscope (NASDAQ: KSCP) is a security technology company building the nation's first Autonomous Security Force — autonomous machines, AI-driven software, and elite security professionals operating as one integrated managed service. The Company is on a mission to make the United States of America the safest country in the world. One Team. One Force. There are two shifts available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 2pm to 10:30pm, and a weekend part-time shift from 10pm to 6am on Saturdays and Sundays. This role involves monitoring physical security alerts, analyzing data, and providing reports to internal and external customers. The analyst will also help move projects forward, solve problems as they arise, and identify and respond to threats.
Requirements
- Experience working in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environment.
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with others
- Organized, curious, and willing to learn
- Computer and internet proficiency
- Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed
- Background in customer service
- A strong desire to help build the future of security
Nice To Haves
- Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment
Responsibilities
- Providing consistent and constant physical security alert and machine monitoring to provide excellent security and customer service resources for Knightscope clients.
- Identifying and solving problems to improve the RTX department.
