About The Position

DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a highly experienced Mission Integration Lead to lead enterprise mission integration, stakeholder engagement, organizational synchronization, and Knowledge Management implementation activities supporting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The Mission Integration Lead serves as the contractor's senior integration lead responsible for coordinating and synchronizing implementation of USSOCOM's Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) Program across Headquarters USSOCOM, Components, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and mission partners. This position ensures enterprise Knowledge Management capabilities are effectively integrated into operational processes through governance, collaboration, organizational alignment, executive engagement, and cross-functional coordination. Working closely with Government leadership, Knowledge Management Officers (KMOs), the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L), CIO/J6 organizations, the Enterprise Knowledge Management Technical Lead, and other functional stakeholders, the Mission Integration Lead facilitates enterprise implementation activities, governance forums, organizational planning, Communities of Practice, lessons learned, and stakeholder engagement to ensure Knowledge Management capabilities are successfully adopted across the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enterprise. This role requires demonstrated experience supporting USSOCOM or Special Operations organizations involving enterprise coordination, executive stakeholder engagement, governance, strategic planning, mission synchronization, and organizational integration across geographically dispersed operational environments.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, Information Management, Military Studies, International Relations, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience supporting Department of Defense enterprise programs involving mission integration, organizational coordination, strategic planning, governance, or enterprise implementation.
  • Experience supporting Headquarters USSOCOM, a Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC), Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or other Special Operations organization.
  • Experience coordinating implementation of enterprise initiatives across Headquarters, Components, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Joint organizations, interagency partners, allied partners, and mission stakeholders.
  • Experience serving as the primary liaison responsible for coordinating communication, collaboration, and implementation activities among geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Experience facilitating executive governance forums, Communities of Practice, working groups, mission synchronization meetings, or enterprise planning sessions involving senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise Knowledge Management implementation supporting organizational synchronization, operational alignment, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience developing strategic implementation plans, governance documentation, executive communications, organizational guidance, or policy recommendations supporting enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, or enterprise adoption initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent implementation efforts while balancing operational priorities, stakeholder requirements, schedules, and organizational objectives across geographically dispersed organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise mission integration activities supporting implementation of USSOCOM's Enterprise Knowledge Management Program.
  • Coordinate implementation of Knowledge Management initiatives across Headquarters USSOCOM, Components, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Joint organizations, and mission partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison supporting enterprise coordination among Headquarters USSOCOM, Components, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L), CIO/J6 organizations, and other geographically dispersed mission stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities among CDAO, SOF AT&L, CIO/J6 organizations, Knowledge Management Officers (KMOs), and functional stakeholders to ensure enterprise Knowledge Management capabilities align with organizational priorities, governance, and operational requirements.
  • Lead executive stakeholder engagement activities supporting implementation of enterprise Knowledge Management capabilities.
  • Facilitate governance boards, Communities of Practice, executive working groups, mission synchronization meetings, and enterprise planning sessions.
  • Coordinate collection, dissemination, and implementation of enterprise lessons learned and best practices supporting continuous improvement.
  • Promote collaboration among Headquarters USSOCOM, Components, TSOCs, Joint organizations, interagency partners, and allied mission partners.
  • Coordinate organizational implementation activities to ensure enterprise Knowledge Management capabilities are consistently adopted across multiple organizations.
  • Develop executive communications, strategic implementation plans, governance documentation, executive briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
  • Lead organizational change management, communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities supporting enterprise Knowledge Management implementation.
  • Coordinate enterprise planning activities involving mission priorities, operational synchronization, implementation sequencing, and organizational alignment.
  • Identify implementation challenges, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and recommend solutions supporting enterprise mission integration.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Knowledge Management Technical Lead to align technical implementation activities with organizational priorities and operational requirements.
  • Support Agile execution, continuous process improvement, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Support implementation of enterprise Knowledge Management capabilities across classified and unclassified operational environments.
