About The Position

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Lead to lead a team of engineers in support of the design and integration of an advanced next generation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas and apertures. This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable systems into advanced platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Knowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems
  • Experience with Low Observable Integration: Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms
  • Computational Electromagnetic Solvers: Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design
  • Technical Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment
  • Antenna Design and Integration: In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques
  • Low Observable Platforms: Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies
  • Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship Required)
  • U.S. Citizenship Required for program access

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
