About The Position

Peraton is hiring a Mission Engineer & Integrator to support customer programs and mission operations. The role coordinates stakeholders and cross-functional teams, conducts all-sources research throughout the project lifecycle, tracks collection metrics and project performance, and supports the logistics and security of systems, equipment, and personnel. The position also briefs senior management and commercial partners on technical systems and operational activities and requires travel within and outside the continental United States to support mission planning, execution, and continuity.

Requirements

TS/SCI clearance with relevant polygraph.
At least 12 years of experience with a BS/BA, or at least 10 years with an MS/MA; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience with customer programs and operational tempo.
Experience managing projects or teams and a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Experience with customer formal communication tools and methods.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including development contractors and stakeholders.
At least 10 years of experience in a customer technical or operational setting.
