About The Position

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence professional to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a mission engagement specialist, you use your specialized operational, language and functional experience and your attention to detail to assist users in the usage and adoption of mission capabilities, to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security. As an intelligence professional on our team, you’ll help your client understand mission application capability requirements to support operational needs. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new mission capabilities, define how they support user needs, and author and conduct training courses to educate users on how to get the most from the capabilities. You’ll analyze user feedback and metrics to inform the development of new capabilities and user support mechanisms to optimize the use of the tools. As the authority on operational needs, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You’ll share your expertise with other intelligence professionals through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

Experience serving as an advocate for mission user needs in support of the Intelligence Community (IC).
Experience using IC tools for targeting and mission management.
Experience serving as a civilian or military intelligence officer, including Targeter, Linguist, Analyst, or Operations Officer.
Ability to author and conduct training courses, both in person and remotely, that cover applying multiple user-facing applications in tandem in support of IC workflows.
Ability to travel for in-person engagements up to 5% of the time.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience developing and growing an outreach team for capabilities used by many.
Ability to coordinate all aspects of mission engagement, including requirements gathering, user support, training, outreach, marketing, and documentation.
Ability to speak at conferences and events to engage attendees on mission-facing capabilities.
