MIP Program Manager

Pax8Denver, CO

About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a MIP Program Manager in the USA to lead a high-impact, remote global partner program that accelerates AI-era transformation at scale. This role offers a rare opportunity to own a global rollout end-to-end, shaping how partners assess, activate, progress, and specialize through the MIP Program. The position is situated in a fast-evolving ecosystem where enablement, marketplace motions, and AI-powered services are converging. The ideal candidate enjoys building programs that are simple on the outside but brilliantly engineered behind the scenes, and will grow alongside new technology as Pax8 scales partner success in an AI-driven world.

Requirements

  • Substantial program leadership experience delivering complex, multi-stage enablement or transformation programs across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to design governance that scales — clear stages, progression criteria, and partner journeys that feel intuitive and fair.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills — ability to align product, engineering, enablement, and commercial teams without losing momentum.
  • Confidence shaping tooling and visibility, translating program needs into dashboards, reporting requirements, and partner progress signals.
  • Strong analytical approach — ability to define metrics, validate reporting, and turn insights into changes that drive adoption and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and cloud/AI transformation motions — understanding what it takes for partners to build, sell, and deliver AI-powered services.
  • Clear communicator — ability to simplify complexity, create documentation people actually use, and build trust through follow-through.
  • Must hold valid right to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rhythm, structure, and momentum of the MIP Program, turning strategy into a partner experience that is consistent worldwide and measurable at every stage.
  • Run global program delivery, owning rollout planning, governance, gates, and progression.
  • Evolve the program pathways, keeping broker/seller and builder/innovator journeys cohesive across strategy, sales, and technical tracks.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating go-to-market (GTM), Academy, Marketplace, Product & Engineering, and regional stakeholders.
  • Build a standout partner experience by designing enrollment flows, communications, unlockables, milestones, and role-based journeys.
  • Make performance visible by creating and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and definitions that show program adoption, skill attainment, activation, and consumption impact.
  • Improve continuously by spotting friction, closing gaps, enabling regional scalability, and refining program assets.
