About The Position
Join our exceptional team of Minute Takers today! Minutes Solutions is a fast-growing professional minute-taking company that serves a global clientele. We strive to provide the highest-quality, prompt, and service-friendly solutions and to be the preferred choice for any entity that requires the highest quality of work. This is a hybrid role with an on-site requirement, where Minute Takers are expected to travel to local meetings in their area roughly twice per month. The rest of the meetings offered would be virtual. Our Minute Takers come from a variety of different backgrounds and are a strong writer who’s concise and attentive to detail. Training is provided and mandatory.
Requirements
- Open to travel to local meetings.
- Located in Toronto, Ottawa, or Vancouver.
- Strong writing skills.
- Concise and attentive to detail.
- Must complete the Minute Taker Challenge on the website.
- Must enroll in and successfully complete the self-guided Training Program.
- Must be located in Toronto and open to either local or out-of-town travel to meet customers on-site.

Responsibilities
- Attend meetings on-site at customers' locations.
- Attend virtual meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Format and finalize minutes after meetings.

- Compensation for travel starting at $300, plus meals, local travel, airfare, and accommodation fully reimbursed.
- Higher compensation for longer travel events.
- Direct deposit payments in $CAD.
- Compensation for virtual meetings: $56 per one-hour-long meeting and $15 per every additional 30 minutes.
- Compensation for local in-person meetings: $106 per one-hour-long meeting and $20 per every additional 30 minutes.
- Rates increase for meetings that exceed four hours.
- Accommodation for recruitment process if required.
