About The Position
Riverside Church is seeking multiple Ministry Residents in the areas of Kids, Students, Worship, Adults, Missions, and/or Communication. This program is designed for developing young leaders, providing them with ministry experience and immersion in the church's culture. The goal is to equip residents for future ministry roles, with opportunities for some to be hired by the church and others to be sent out with strong recommendations.
Requirements
- Desire for "field experience" for first steps in ministry.
- Coachable / Teachable.
- Team player.
- Intention to pursue full-time vocational ministry in a church.
- Willingness to be walked with in their journey.
Responsibilities
- Gain field experience in ministry.
- Be immersed in the church's culture.
- Be equipped for future ministry roles.
- Work in one or more of the following areas: Kids, Students, Worship, Adults, Missions, and/or Communication.
