About The Position
At Finning Canada, we believe exceptional product support is the foundation of customer success. We are seeking a highly motivated Mining Product Support Representative to support our mining customers at Mildred Lake.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, product support, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large mining customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and forecasting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage product support business activities for assigned mining accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop parts and component forecasts using customer and Finning data.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and RFQ/RFP responses.
- Lead customer business review meetings and participate in planning meetings.
- Execute Customer Value Agreements and contractual commitments.
- Identify opportunities to grow parts and service market share.
