About The Position
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mass General Brigham – Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a high-volume, well-established, and collaborative division. This is an excellent opportunity to practice advanced gynecologic surgery while contributing to education, research, and multidisciplinary care within a leading academic community hospital.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Completion of an AAGL-accredited MIGS (Complex Benign Gynecology) fellowship
- Expertise in advanced laparoscopic, robotic surgery, and hysteroscopy
- Demonstrated interest in clinical research and mentorship
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years of post-fellowship experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing complex minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic robotic surgery
- Providing high-quality, patient centered care in both surgical and outpatient settings
- Teaching and mentoring MIGS fellows, residents, and medical students
- Participating in clinical research and scholarly activities
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
