About The Position

Applicant HardHat is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in the Atlanta area. We are specifically needing Mini Excavator Operators and certified LULL/Telehandler Operators.

Requirements

• Existing experience operating heavy equipment in clearing, grading, backfill, underground piping, plumbing or utility work.
• Ability to work outdoors in a hands-on construction environment.
• Familiarity with general construction site safety requirements.
• Willing to work hard, follow instructions and learn.

Nice To Haves

• Certified LULL/Telehandler Operators

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in clearing, grading, backfill, underground piping, plumbing or utility work.
• Read and understand grade stakes for grade checking and alignment using GPS, lasers, levels, and string line.
• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures.
• Perform manual labor when not operating heavy equipment.
