DISA is seeking a Minerals Processing Manager, internally called the Technical Services Manager. This role will lead global technical service activities as a technical expert and supervisory mentor. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in supervision, minerals process engineering, testwork management, and commissioning/operational support for mineral processing operations. The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for developing testwork and commissioning plans for lab tests, pilot programs, and commercial deployments, while organizing and delivering process engineering services to DISA's worldwide mining clients. This position serves as the final technical authority for reviewing and approving data interpretation, process engineering analyses, and client-facing technical reports, covering testwork results, flowsheet development, and operational optimization studies, ensuring deliverables meet DISA's quality standards. The role requires direct client engagement, with the Technical Services Manager acting as DISA's primary technical point of contact throughout project execution and report delivery. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, contributing to various engineering areas.
