About The Position

Support miners across the Americas with leading mine planning software. Drive customer success, technical influence and industry impact. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement and industry influence. You'll help mining operations realise greater value from technology while building trusted partnerships and contributing to the growth of market-leading mining software solutions. Help mining companies unlock greater value from their planning and scheduling processes. Become a trusted advisor to customers across a diverse range of mining operations. Influence software adoption through compelling, solution-focused engagements. Expand your industry exposure by supporting clients throughout the Americas. Contribute to product innovation through testing, feedback and customer insights. Develop your consulting, training and stakeholder management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Mining Engineering.
  • Minimum 7+ years of open pit mine planning experience, including mine design, production scheduling, Life of Mine (LOM) planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in open-pit mine planning for coal, aggregates or other soft-rock mining operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting or using open-pit mining workflows.
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Americas, up to 40%.

Benefits

  • Base salary ranging from $105,000-$135,000 CAD or USD, dependent on location and experience, plus On-Target Earnings (OTE).
