Requirements
- Must be Journeyman Millwright
- Mechanical systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Bearings, gears, and power transmission systems
- Welding and metal fabrication
- Precision measurement and alignment
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Promote Safety as the number one priority for all Lucas employees.
- Maintenance of Shop floor machine
- Install new machinery and production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and breakdowns
- Align and level machinery using precision measuring tools
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Replace worn or damaged parts such as bearings, gears, belts, and motors
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
