About The Position

Ulliman Schutte is hiring a Millwright to work on water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and critical utility infrastructure in Westminster, Colorado. The role involves hands-on mechanical work, including installing, aligning, and repairing pipe systems and mechanical process equipment, as well as maintaining facility mechanical systems. The Millwright works directly with the Superintendent to plan and prioritize tasks and is expected to follow safe work practices on active construction sites. The position pays $27–$32 per hour, based on skill and experience, and is expected to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Pipefitter or Millwright.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and basic welding symbols.
• Familiarity with safety practices on active construction sites.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, and repair exposed and buried pipe systems using multiple materials.
• Set and align pumps, motors, and mechanical process equipment.
• Perform general maintenance on facility mechanical systems.
• Work directly with the Superintendent to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding symbols.
• Apply safe work practices and uphold the company's safety culture.
