Requirements

Industrial Millwright certificate of qualifications (433A or 426A)
2-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility
Knowledge and experience working with high-speed equipment and electric-pneumatic controls
Knowledge and experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic components
Read, write, and communicate (English)
Proficient mathematical and computer skills
Mechanical aptitude with a good knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods, and trade practices
Ability to lift 60lbs and work in cold
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good communication and organization skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

Nice To Haves

Experience in food manufacturing industry preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and maintained for daily operations.
Rebuild and refurbish machinery as required to maintain optimal performance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to minimize downtime.
Maintain organization by properly storing all tools and equipment at the end of each day.
Provide line support during mechanical breakdowns to keep production running smoothly.
Report any food safety concerns immediately to the Quality Assurance team.
Work safely and in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, promptly reporting hazards, accidents, incidents, or near misses to the Supervisor.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rotation schedules, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and operational goals.
