About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Millwright to join our team at Ebco Industries Ltd. Your role is critical to the reputation that Ebco has built for delivering world-class quality manufacturing and repair & rebuild services to projects based domestically and worldwide. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on all machinery, equipment and buildings. We are a small, close-knit team that values collaboration and quick learning, so an individual with these qualities would be an excellent addition to our team.

Requirements

3-5 years' experience as ticketed Millwright
Experience working on and assembling large machinery and equipment
Knowledge of diesel, engine and propane powered forklifts is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing and speaking)
Canadian work rights

Nice To Haves

Red Seal endorsement is desired or the willingness to challenge for the red seal endorsement
Electrical experience an asset

Responsibilities

Working on and assembling large machinery and various other equipment
Troubleshooting difficult repairs and installations to ensure a timely repair or set up of machinery and equipment
Carrying out machine gear box overhauls
Detecting and irregularities and malfunctions
Performing standard maintenance on large overhead cranes
Performing general building and grounds maintenance for entire facility
