About The Position
Performs maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, blowers, overhead doors, air handling units, air compressors, and similar equipment. Fabricates items as requested. Typical repairs will include replacement of standard oil seals with mechanical seals in hot water and chilled water pumps. Performs all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Qualified journeyman in accordance with union rules.
