Requirements
- 3+ years of Millwright or Industrial Maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of safety practices and lockout/tagout
- Reliable, professional, and ready to work
Nice To Haves
- Experience with welding, fabrication, and machining
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems
- Perform precision alignments, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective, long-term solutions
- Work with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and rotating equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
