About The Position

JENNMAR Services is seeking experienced Millwrights, Welders, and Fabricators for full-time roles in industrial construction and maintenance. The company emphasizes quality, service, and strong client relationships. These are local positions that require weekly travel to various locations; per diem and hotel accommodations are provided where applicable. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders, and/or platforms, bend, and squat.
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for prolonged periods.
Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Must be able to travel weekly to various locations.
Able to work any shifts, including required overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to pass background and drug and alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

MSHA Surface, SAFELAND PEC, and OSHA certifications; training will be provided to qualified candidates selected for the role.

Responsibilities

Follow instructions from supervisors and/or crew foremen while maintaining safety standards.
Perform assigned physical duties.
Move, secure, install, build, load, and/or unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform welding and fabrication for repairs and various projects.
Repair and install mechanical equipment parts.
Read schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs when needed.
Use stick welding and oxy/acetylene torches safely and efficiently.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Clean and prepare job sites.
Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties.
