About The Position

The Millwork Technician produces and assembles millwork products by preparing materials, operating basic tools and equipment, maintaining organized work areas, and supporting daily shop operations under the guidance of experienced team members. Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn millwork production
• Ability to follow work instructions and ask questions when unclear
• Careful attention to measurements, parts, and product condition
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally up to 100 pounds / heavier loads with assistance from mechanical aids or other team members
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and work with hands throughout the shift
• Work in shop, yard, warehouse, and outdoor conditions as assigned
• Use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior production, construction, warehouse, or woodworking experience preferred
