We are seeking talented Installer candidates to be responsible for installation of millwork as instructed by Install Foreman, with minimal punch list items for our Millshop in the Covington area. Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have experience installing cabinets and trim with minimal punch-list items
Strong installation skills
Have the internal motivation to work extended hours when required
Have the proper hand tools to do a professional job
Ability to motivate, delegate, and hold people accountable.

Responsibilities

Install millwork items as instructed by Install Foreman or Sr. Install Foreman
Check all tools regularly to make sure they are safe and in good working condition
Order from Shop Foreman any supplies needed
Address with the Install Foreman and Sr. Install Foreman any field issues causing us to do additional work.
Make sure to work safely and follow all WDB safety procedures and regulations
Install millwork with minimal punch-list items
